Compensation: $10 per Hour

Job Requirements:

Must be able to stand and hold a sign for at least 4 hours per day at a minimum of 5 days per week.
Must have a reliable car.
Must be hardworking, able to interact with the public, and a good communicator.
Must be able to adhere to a schedule.
Must possess a California Driver License

Job Specification:

Sign holders arrive at a designated location. The nature of the work is both physical and social. You will receive training with regard to various aspects of direct marketing as it relates to sign holding. You will be developed professionally with coaching and mentoring. You will be enabled to be highly successful. You will be empowered to use common sense and good judgment.

Job purpose

An Intern purpose is aid in the office with ordinary office tasks. The Intern will be able to obtain basic knowledge on the operation a Legal Document Assistant Office. The intern would be required to work at least 10 hours a week. The work schedule is negotiable, but must be during normal business hours which are Monday through Friday, 9AM to 6PM. Performance is evaluated periodically.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Performs experience level secretarial tasks of a confidential nature including but not limited to producing letters, reports, memorandums, etc. via the computer; makes photocopies, files, distributes mail, etc.
  • Communicates in a positive and effective manner with staff, clients, and attorneys.
  • Answers telephone communications and record messages
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • High School Graduate
  • Must Speak Spanish
  • Students pursuing a paralegal certification.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Communicate clearly and concisely in both written and oral for.
